In my urban street-zipping dreams, I would like a Vespa. However, being as I've not mastered the art of driving and am not the most road-safe of people, this new concept product could be the answer for me. Classed as a bicycle and unencumbered by pesky license and plate issues, you're free to scoot about the city streets (and, presumably, the odd cheeky pavement) in this environmentally friendly design. Though you may not exactly feel the wind in your hair, the Scoot can make a breezy 30km/h and will last for 40-50km on one recharge. Expected retail price is $2000.
